The Executive Master’s in European Union Studies is customized and certified training. Taught in English, the programme offers participants the advantage of its flexibility. They can follow the full programme or tailor it by taking specific modules or courses.
The programme addresses the recent challenges of European integration and studies themes at the core of the European decision-making process.
The Executive Master’s programme
The Executive Master in European Union Studies (MEUS) is a postgraduate programme with a staggered timetable during the evenings or on Saturdays.
The programme includes a common core of courses that cover the fundamental aspects of the political, economic and legal integration, a “professionalization” module, a “final dissertation” module and specialized optional modules.
The new programme for the year 2018-2019 will be published soon.
Objectives
The Executive Master in European Union Studies addresses the real issues faced by European institutions.
To achieve a solid training that combines knowledge and savoir-faire, the programme brings together academics and professionals of European affairs. The goes are to offer a dynamic environment for acquiring new knowledge and competencies while creating networking opportunities.

Admission
This programme is organized by the Institute for European Studies of the ULB (IEE-ULB). Based upon a decision by the Academic Council, the Executive Master is open to candidates:
Who have 300 ECTS credits in social sciences, economics, political science, law, communications or language studies.
Or 180 ECTS credits and at least 5 years professional experience in a relevant field, recognized by VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience).
Registration for the Executive Master, its modules or particular courses is completed via an online form.
