The Master of Arts in Leadership Studies is a two-year program that equips the learner with theory, critical-thinking and decision-making skills, and the ability to strategically lead and develop teams and organizations, whether business, government, church, NGOs, or community-based organizations. Course content integrates theory with the development of leadership principles, skills and character, to prepare leaders to serve as transformational agents in alignment with biblical values and priorities, in a variety of contexts.
Coursework will be completed during two long vacation periods. Each of the two-year coursework will last for six weeks, making it a total of 12 weeks, while two weeks (on
