Introduction
What is the main challenge for brands in times of crisis? What are the most effective ways to connect, attract, and retain customers? The crisis has changed how we relate and how we learn. The digital transformation not only affects companies, but it also accelerates the need to acquire new skills, such as social listening, to be able to discover insights through digital conversations, which allow generating new business opportunities.
Power is in favor of consumers, they are more demanding and handle more information. There is less and less loyalty to brands, they know what they want and their demands are oriented to products and services, but also to the experiences and the ethical and sustainability standards of the organizations that provide them.
