The part-time master’s degree in Management is designed for people who want to pursue management positions in national or global companies. Corporate responsibility is an essential component of training. Therefore, concepts of sustainable management, innovation and change management as well as the influencing factors of digitization and its implementation are incorporated into the teaching concepts and are interdisciplinary linked. The specializations give you the freedom you need to structure your studies according to your ideas.
Particularly interesting: We offer a dual degree together with the Technical University of Deggendorf.

Details about the study
In the introductory phase, the focus is on general management issues. You will deal with agile management towards the end of your studies. Crisis management and resilience, compliance and systemic leadership as well as communication are also on the curriculum. You can set your own priorities in the second semester - there are five specializations to choose from.

Scholarships and Funding
Unfortunately, our university does not award scholarships to reduce tuition fees. However, our students with excellent academic success have the opportunity to qualify for a so-called performance scholarship once per course of study.
Just like university students, you can also apply for tuition assistance or other government or private grants.
