The purpose of a study program is to prepare international politicy specialists capable of competent research, analysis, critical assessment and forecast of political and economic processes around the globe, independent investigation, preparation of recommendations, and simulation of possible consequences of their decisions on issues related to international relations and international economy on the national, regional, and global levels.
This program prepares the specialists to know multiple ways of solving problems and exploring areas of inquiry that connect and intersect traditional disciplines.
This program students will delve into topics of contemporary political theories, study Asian society and CIS countries from political, cultural and economic perspectives. Students will also learn what it takes to create a secure country through political and economic policy. More about the content of the program in University's website.
International Mobility Possibilities
Students can participate in the ERASMUS+ mobility program which gives a possibility to study at a university abroad for 1 or 2 semesters and do an internship in another country.

Graduates will be able to work as an advocates, a diplomats, an international business leaders, policy makers as well as civil servants, an analysts, an experts at municipalities, ministries, government, parliament, business enterprises, teaching, scientific and other institutions of the public sector.
Bachelor's degree: graduate of university bachelor's studies in any study field can apply to this program.
English language proficiency - the level not lower than B2 (following the Common Framework of Reference for Language approved by the Council of Europe). Distant English language level test is organized for those, who do not possess IELTS or TOEFL certificates.
Application Procedure and Required Documents

Secure your registration by paying the application fee.
Submit your application.
For Masters degree-seeking students: Certified true copies of university transcript and diploma (a candidate must have a University Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent first university degree with a minimum 3-year study duration). Documents must be officially translated into the Lithuanian or the English language.
Document proving the results of the English language proficiency.
For Master's degree-seeking students: at least level B2, assessments of English language proficiency certificates equivalent to level B2: TOEFL Paper 513-547, TOEFL IBT 65-78, IELTS 5.5-6.0. Note: in case you do not have IELTS or TOEFL, there is a possibility to take the online English language level test organized by the University. You should choose this option when filling the application. There is no additional fee for this test.
Passport type photo.
Note: Students lacking the basics of political studies should attend three additional courses (Basics of Political Science, Modern Political Theories, and Theories of Comparative Policy) and pass them during the first semester.
