Introduction

Global MBA - GMBA

ESIC Business & Marketing School (ESIC), in collaboration with Shanghai International Studies University (SISU), and Florida International University Chapman School of Business (FIU), has designed a training experience for globally-focused professionals intended to provide a deep exposure to varied business practices, regulatory and cultural issues, and entrepreneurial environments.

Over a full-time immersion of 18 months participants live, work, learn, and operate in the three continents that represent more than 80% of the world’s economy.

A place to prepare for the future, inspired by what is happening today, challenging students to develop their full potential. With an investment of more than 35 million euros, it has a built area of more than 23,600 square meters, 14,000 square meters above ground level, and more than 9,500 square meters of green areas, all designed in a sustainable and environmentally responsible way, with technology as a facilitator in all spaces.

In the new campus, different types of classrooms have been designed for different models and forms of learning, but all of them designed to enhance training. This space houses 40 classrooms with capacity for 25 to 30 people, an auditorium for 300 people, 16 work rooms, five meeting points, and a parking lot with 300 spaces for cars and 60 spaces for bicycles.

Once you arrive in Madrid, you can choose between the following different types of accommodation:

  1. Student dorms: There are several student dorms you can stay in and live with other students. They are located in different areas of the city.
  2. Apartments or shared apartments: If you would like to rent an apartment or to share it with others, Madrid offers multiple options to make your life more comfortable while you get to know people. Rental prices in Madrid vary between €500 and €1000, depending on the district and on the housing type (studio, apartment, flat, chalet, etc.), while prices for room rental vary between €300-500, on average.
  3. Host families: It is possible to live with a host family, thus experiencing a more familiar environment.

    Admissions

    • At least 28 years of age, with at least 5 years of work experience
    • Entrepreneurs or individuals trying to re-orient their career or update their management knowledge with a global focus.
    • B2 certificate level and work experience
