General competence (LC)

1. Fundamental competencies in the field of humanitarian, social, and behavioral sciences to the extent appropriate educational and professional level "master" required for mastering professionally-oriented disciplines;

2. Ability to apply and integrate knowledge and practice skills acquired in studying the disciplines of other related industries at the master's level;

3. Ability to do scientific work, formed basic research skills, which involves understanding the causal links of society, skills independent search, analysis, and synthesis of scientific information, ability to solve tasks and make appropriate decisions;
