Introduction
This master offers the possibility of acquiring a current, complete and globally demanded professional profile, where three technological areas that are at the forefront of knowledge are integrated.
The ultimate goal is that students:
- Be able to get value from the data.
- Be able to work on cybersecurity in its entirety.
- Be able to develop, deploy and optimize software and infrastructures.
- Be able to deploy and manage secure infrastructures, and exploit the data produced therein.
We highlight
- Dual itinerary. 2 days in the classroom and 2 1/2 days of paid internships in the company from the beginning of the course. The third semester is carried out entirely in the company.
- Integration of three leading technology areas with high demand
- Practical approach based on real problems
- Dynamic work team and faculty
Methodology
Mondragon Unibertsitatea offers advanced training based on its own teaching-learning methodologies:
- Dual itinerary.
- 2 days in the classroom and 2 1/2 days of paid internships in the company from the beginning of the course. The third semester is carried out entirely in the company.
- Active methodologies, based on the realization of multidisciplinary projects (Project Based Learning, PBL) and with the feedback of teachers promoting continuous learning.
- Continuous assessment.
- End of Master's Project in Companies and Technological Centers of reference.
- Bilingual model.
- Autonomous Learning.
- Participation in research lines.
- Practices in laboratories with advanced equipment.
- Visits to companies and technological centers of reference.
Dual Program
Mondragon Unibertsitatea is a practical university, immersed in business reality and that provides students with different learning experiences in business environments (dual training, study-work alternation, and final degree / master projects).
We have a large network of collaborating companies that integrate the dual training experiences of students as a strategy to attract and retain young talent. These companies also help students to integrate their final bachelor / master project into the larger research and transfer projects that they carry out together with Mondragon Unibertsitatea .
All these training experiences in business environments last between 10 months and 3 years depending on the modality and have a financial aid bag.

Program Outcome
The main objective of this master's degree is to manage and execute projects in the field of data analysis, cybersecurity and/or development and operations, integrating technologies and tools from the cutting edge of knowledge. To this end, the students will be trained to:
- Know, understand and select the basic fundamentals of machine learning.
- Design, develop and implement data preprocessing and modeling techniques to predict, classify and group data, being able to interpret and validate the models created for knowledge extraction.
- Design, develop and implement the process of data ingestion, storage and parallel processing.
- Design, develop and implement an advanced data analysis process to respond to the nature of the data and the objective of the task to be executed.
- Design, develop and implement the data representation model according to its nature and interpret them to extract knowledge.
- Recognize the main computer threats and vulnerabilities and design, develop and implement existing security countermeasures at the level of infrastructures and networks that allow us to address them.
- Define, design and carry out offensive security audits on target infrastructures and networks, exploiting existing vulnerabilities, so that different attack vectors can be identified.
- Audit software, using tools that allow the search for security vulnerabilities and to support the development of more secure software.
- Understand the existing legislation and regulations regarding cybersecurity and verify the system's compliance with them.
- Define, design and implement scalable, flexible and resilient architectures that address existing problems and accelerate the deployment of different applications.
- Design and automate the testing, change, deployment and update management processes of business solutions, optimizing the software life cycle.
- Develop scalable and flexible software using advanced software architectures.
- Use computer tools to solve complex problems in data analysis, cybersecurity and/or development and operations. Carry out complex engineering projects.
- Apply computer techniques from data analysis, cybersecurity and/or development and operations to new fields of application taking into account commercial and industrial barriers.
On the other hand, the learning results achieved in this Master are adapted to Level 3 of the MECES (Spanish Framework of Qualifications for Higher Education).
