Introduction
The Master in Media and Society integrates the training offer of ESECS-IPP in the area of Communication, followed by the Degree in Journalism and Communication. This Master's degree is aimed not only at holders of a degree in the area, but also at holders of diplomas in other study areas (Management, Advertising and Marketing Administration, Communication Design, Tourism, etc.), who wish to broaden their path higher level training.
With this cycle of studies, students acquire scientific and professional training in the area of Communication Sciences, develop a greater capacity for analysis on contemporary issues of the media and society, and are endowed with skills of analysis, production and creation in the context of the media. .
The cycle of studies consists of a curricular part in the first two semesters. In the third and fourth semesters, students can opt for professional specialization, through an internship in the area of communication or journalism, or through the research path in which they develop a dissertation or project.
