Introduction
Specialize in developing training plans and nutritional strategies based on the needs of the athlete, improving their sports performance.
It offers specialized training focused on two areas of knowledge, sports nutrition and training, complementary areas in which the student will learn to develop nutritional strategies for each type of training.

Admissions
Curriculum
The study plan is made up of 8 modules (60ECTS), which will provide you with practical, multidisciplinary and current training.
- Module 1: Training I. Fundamentals, physiology and monitoring of training based on new technologies (6 ECTS).
- Module 2: Training II. Planning and training of team and individual sports (6 ECTS).
- Module 3: Training III. Psychology, biomechanics, prevention and rehabilitation of injuries in sports (6 ECTS),
- Module 4: Sports nutrition I. Fundamentals of nutrition, assessment of body composition, control and monitoring of diet through new technologies (6 ECTS)
- Module 5: Sports nutrition II. Planning and control of diets and nutrition in team and individual sports (6 ECTS)
- Module 6: Sports nutrition III. Ergogenic aids, nutrition for recovery and new dietary trends and special populations applied to sports (6 ECTS)
- Module 7: Practicum (12 ECTS)
- Module 8: Master's thesis (12 ECTS)
