Introduction

The Master’s in Human Resources Management aims to provide university graduates with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in HR management.

The Master’s programme is taught by a highly proficient faculty of both academics and practitioners. The values of rigour, applicability and personal respect underpin the programme’s content and structure.

The programme provides a gateway to a variety of career opportunities in consulting firms and corporate HR departments in public, private, national, international, and non-profit organizations. Graduates are regularly employed by top-tier companies such as Airbus, Amadeus, Banco Santander, BBVA, Baker & McKenzie, Boston Consulting Group, Coca Cola, Deloitte, EY, Indra, INECO, Management Solutions, Manpower Group, Repsol, and Vodafone. One subject, Global People Management, is taught in partnership with the Spanish Association of Global Mobility (FEEX), a leading Association of Multinational Companies in Spain.

Besides studying the Master entirely at the UC3M in Madrid, students may also study the second semester at the Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS) in Paris (Madrid-Paris track), receiving two Master’s diplomas, one from each institution.
