The objectives of the program are to train students in literature and culture, transmit comprehensive knowledge of German language, literature and culture, as well as to develop special skills and abilities related to the culture of the German speaking countries. Acquiring their knowledge in linguistic, literary and cultural sciences, our trainees will be able to fulfil language transmission tasks in public administration as well as in numerous fields of the cultural life.

Students who already have a B.A. degree in the humanities or in the area of pedagogy and speak English at least at C1 level can apply to thistwo-semester,practice orientedprogrammeproviding training the theoretical foundations as well as the practice of language. After accomplishing theprogramme, students will be qualified to teach English at primary and secondary level and also in private language schools worldwide!

Students who already have a BA degree in the humanities or social sciences and speak English at least at B2 level can apply to thisfour semesterprogramme.

Master in Management and Leadership is a programme integrating interdisciplinary approaches in business and management studies.

Students who already have a BA degree in the humanities or social sciences and speak English at least at C1 level can apply to this two- or four-semester programme providing training in the different aspects - language, history, culture, politics, diversity - of American Studies.
