Cal Poly Pomona’s Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) program is designed to meet the needs of the ever-changing accounting profession, whether in public accounting, corporate accounting, government and not-for-profit accounting or some other areas of practice.

The objective of the master of accountancy program is to provide candidates with a greater breadth and depth in accounting than is possible in the baccalaureate or master of business administration program in preparation for careers as professional accountants in financial institutions, government, industry, nonprofit organizations, and public practice.

The Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) is a 30-credit degree program designed to help students from different backgrounds to become capable of accounting professionals. This degree allows students who have an accounting undergraduate degrees to broaden their business knowledge with coursework in information systems and finance.

The Bryant Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) and Master of Professional Accountancy with a tax concentration (MPAc-Tax) provide accounting students with the distinct advantage of cutting-edge knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in today's competitive business environment.

The M.S. in Public Accounting is a value-added program that is a registered 150 Credit Hour Licensure-Qualifying Program. Upon completion of the prerequisite and requisite courses, you can sit for the Certified Public Accountant CPA examination in New York State.

The curriculum provides a foundation for acquiring important knowledge and leadership skills required for success in the accountancy profession. You’ll choose one of three tracks – financial/auditing, taxation, and a generalist track – and you’ll learn to evaluate critically, think broadly and make ethical business choices. The summer study abroad program provides a unique international experience.

The program, consists of 36 credit hours, is designed to heighten your broad-based business knowledge to meet employers' expectations while satisfying the new CPA licensing requirements.

SGML's innovative Master of Accountancy and Applied Leadership program (MAAL) provides a graduate degree opportunity for students having undergraduate majors in fields outside of accounting. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates have met the educational requirements for the CPA certification in Arizona and 47 other states.

The Howard University Master of Accountancy MAcc program is a specialized advanced graduate-level business program focused on preparing graduates for successful careers in corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, auditing, and advisory and consulting services.

The accountancy program at Rocky Mountain College is designed to prepare students for careers in public, governmental, not-for-profit, or industrial accounting. The program is designed to allow students to build on skills and knowledge developed through undergraduate coursework to become skilled, entry-level professional accountants upon graduation. The curriculum is based on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) core competencies and prepares students to sit for the certified public accountant exam. In its entirety, the program is comprised of both undergraduate and graduate study, which leads, ultimately, to the Master of Accountancy degree.

The Master of Accountancy program is designed to prepare graduates: (1) for professional careers in public accounting and management in industry and government; (2) to achieve professional certifications in accounting, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA); and (3) to pursue terminal or PH.D. degrees.
