The ENTER master’s program aims to create highly qualified engineers specialising in maintenance, process, and chemical engineering for the raw materials sector in the East & Southeast Europe region. In today's economy, technical education falls short of meeting the evolving demands of the engineering job market. Additionally, there is a growing need for new small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in spare parts handling, auxiliary services, and recycling.

Genetics and Bioengineering is one of the fastest growing disciplines and there is an increasing need for geneticists and bioengineers shaped with contemporary engineering standards. We aim to train open-minded geneticists and bioengineers, aware of local and global problems, and sensitive about ethical issues.

Electrical and Electronics Engineering program offers a Master of Science degree in the fields of electrical energy and power systems as well as electronics and embedded systems.

Second cycle programs focus on the acquisition of extended and specialist knowledge to introduce students to advanced and specialist functions in the chosen study program and to the research, analytical, vocational, and work environment in which these functions take place in companies, institutions, administrations, clinics, and laboratories, as well as in various forms of their integration. Students should also be introduced to an expanded set of tools to support the work and business process, organizational and communication skills, along the ability to analyze and structure problems arising from those processes. The main goal of the study of the second cycle is for the student-candidate to acquire in-depth general knowledge based on basic professional knowledge from a wider scientific field, an ie. scientific field that is the subject of study, and deep and specialist knowledge from the narrow field of self-interest in which he prepares the final work, and to acquire the necessary knowledge of using scientific methods and research techniques in the narrow field of research, to be able to creatively solve complex problems. practices, ie. in order to qualify for further scientific research work.

At the graduate level, the focus of the IR program is on peace and conflict studies and international security.

By mastering the study program, the student acquires a thorough knowledge and understanding of engineering disciplines in the traffic and transport profession, as well as the ability to solve specific problems using scientific methods and procedures. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the study program, the ability to connect basic knowledge from different fields and their application is especially important. Graduates are able to write and present the results of their work in an appropriate way. The competence of graduates in the study program "Traffic and Transport", or "Traffic Engineer", is reflected in the ability and willingness to work independently
