Yuan Ze University offers Master's Degree in Engineering programs under the College of Engineering, College of Informatics, and College of Electrical Engineering.

Besides knowledge-based courses, the hands-on activities, the cultivation of creativity, and the capstone courses are specially offered in our training.

Dept. of Civil Engineering offers degrees in the following disciplines: mechanics and structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, water resource engineering, materials engineering, transportation engineering, geo-information engineering and information technology.

The all-English Master of Science in Advanced Manufacturing Systems (AMS) at CCU is a newly established master program run by College of Engineering and created by the joint efforts among faculty members of Dept. of Mechanical Engineering,

Graduate Institute of Construction Engineering and Management was founded in 2001. The Institute is the first of its kind in public universities in Taiwan. It was formerly the Construction Engineering and Management Division at the Department of Civil Engineering

Institute of Materials Science and Engineering (IMSE) was founded in August 2005, and currently offers both master and doctoral programs. The long-term aim of our institute is to establish a world-class materials science research teaching unit.

This master’s degree program was officially established in the 110 academic years approved by the Ministry of Education. In order to meet the needs of China’s high-tech industry development and traditional industrial upgrading, this program focuses on smart manufacturing and big data science to cultivate students. It also learns to integrate artificial intelligence, big data science, and cloud computing into intelligent and automated production, and jointly cultivate intelligent manufacturing and information application talents.

The College of Electrical and Computer Engineering has 73 full-time teachers in February 2010 including 11 professors, 36 associate professors, 19 assistant professors and 7 lecturers. In addition, there are about 2,070 students in the college.
