The Faculty of Food Science of the UWM in Olsztyn, in collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering of the University of Applied Sciences in Offenburg, offers an opportunity to take up full-time, 3-semester, second degree master studies in the Food technology and human nutrition, in the field of food engineering.

This MSc in Biotechnology focuses on problems related to the use of biotechnology in engineering and environmental protection, as well as in the bioeconomy, including the recovery of bioproducts and energy from waste materials. We offer a Master's course in Process Engineering, Environmental Protection for international students. The program provides knowledge on modern technologies of water treatment, wastewater treatment, waste management and utilization. Graduate is able to solve problems related to planning, designing and control of technological processes, supervision and operation of installations for water and wastewater treatment as well as disposal and management of municipal and industrial wastes, independently or in an international team. Graduate knows and applies advanced research techniques and tools as well as analytical and simulation methods.

A graduate of Cosmetology is equipped with knowledge in the field of medical sciences, health and physical culture as well as specialist knowledge in the field of cosmetology. Using the knowledge of basic sciences, he understands physico-chemical and biological processes related to cosmetology.

The proposed study program for the field of Management, second-cycle studies, and the practical profile results from focusing the education process on acquiring theoretical knowledge related to practical vocational training at the academic level.
