The Master's program in Clinical Psychology at the Bernardo O'Higgins University, with a mention in Systemic Psychotherapy, is aimed at developing specialized knowledge and skills in brief psychotherapy, from a strategic systemic perspective. The training provided in this program integrates the theoretical knowledge of systemic psychotherapy, for which it addresses the study of the brief strategic model, supervised practice, and the development of skills in the person of the therapist in training.

The profile of the graduate in this mention must have disciplinary skills that allow them to analyze factors, variables, and dimensions that influence child and adolescent mental health in an educational context. In addition, you will be able to design, implement and evaluate intervention programs in the area, from a multidisciplinary approach in educational contexts (schools, academies, and other educational communities). Likewise, they will be able to formulate and implement intervention projects, applying promotion and prevention strategies in child and adolescent mental health.

The Master of Clinical Psychology (MPC) at UAI seeks to respond to this need by forging in its students the ability to formulate clinical interventions based on the timely detection of needs and an informed judgment on the best evidence available to date. For this, the MPC provides its students with high-level theoretical and practical tools to support autonomous and continuous learning, as well as the ability to establish collaborative relationships with those who are beneficiaries of its interventions in their various insertion contexts.
